This Resident Guide was created to help you feel at home. Here you will find general information on the building, user guides for appliances, answers to frequently asked questions, and more!

Remote Check In

Main Entrance

There is a ButterflyMX Panel at the Main Entrance of the building. As part of your move-in, you will receive an email invitation from ButterflyMX to set up your account and to download the phone app to control access to the Main Entrance.

Building Fobs

A building fob card will be waiting for you inside your apartment. You will use this fob to access all building doors including the Main Entrance, Roof Deck, Club Room, and more.

Unit Door

Your Unit Door lock is keyless. You will receive a 4-digit code to unlock your apartment door. After you enter the code, the light will turn green and you will be able to twist the lock open. To lock the door, press the “Schlag” button, the light will turn green and you will be able to twist the lock closed.

Mailbox

A mailbox key will be waiting for you inside your apartment. The mailboxes are located in the lobby and are for use by the United States Postal Service (USPS) only.

Packages delivered by Amazon Delivery, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. may be left in the Package Room located in the lobby. If you are able to, please make sure to notify your delivery service of delivery instructions.

Resident Resources

  • Assigned parking spots in the parking garage are available for lease at a monthly fee. Please contact the Leasing Office for more info on availability.

    Street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Please make sure to not block the driveway and to make note of any street signs for timed parking or other parking restrictions.

  • The Roof Deck can be accessed using your Building Fob.

  • PECO — PECO is your electric service provider. Please contact PECO to establish your account for service.

    Water/Sewer — Water and Sewer will be billed to your AppFolio account along with your rent.

    Internet/TV — Comcast and Verizon are both available in the building. Please contact them for pricing and service.
